In 2024, NAWS took in over 500 medically fragile animals. That is over double the average rescue number. We love saving lives, and we definitely do not shy away from a tough case. However, saving these lives means racking up hefty medical bills from offsite clinics. NAWS has full time shelter veterinarians that are incredible in assisting with the day to day health of our animals, but we just do not have the resources to help most medical cases in house. With having to send a lot of these cases offsite, it becomes very expensive.

This campaign is to offer relief to NAWS, allowing us to confidently take on the medical cases that no one else wants to take on.
