Friends, we realize some may consider this post unprofessional of a business but sometimes, things happen that are just so incomprehensible that we can’t help from venting our frustrations!
Earlier this week, we noticed that our van was noisy and needed service. Since the van is a little older, we just assumed that maybe the exhaust needed to be replaced due to wear. And then we found out that someone had stolen our catalytic converter!!!
Honestly, it’s terrible to steal, period! But to steal from a charity….you must be a monster!!!! We now face a repair bill of about $1,200, which is money literally ripped away from the animals in our care, some with urgent medical needs who so desperately rely on these funds!!!!
Yes, we are absolutely angry…and disappointed…and frustrated…but most of all, saddened. Saddened that there are people who think it’s perfectly acceptable to take from others. They are nothing more than monsters and cowards
